Credit Card Booking
All Clients wishing to book an appointment at Adeva Salon and Spa are required to have a working credit card on their client profile. Client credit card information is stored through a high security computer programing that prohibits any access to the cards information other than to charge a service or fee. Any client feeling more comfortable entering their information themselves are free to do so through the online booking option found on our website. Appointments made without a Credit Card on file may be held for 4 hours before being subject to cancellation.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Adeva institutes a policy for canceled or missed appointments in order to protect the livelihood of our dedicated Service Providers in their field of profession. If an appointment needs to be canceled or moved, for any reason, Adeva must receive notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A 50% reserved service fee will be assessed to the credit card on file for cancellation after 48 hours notice and full service cost will be charged to any missed appointment without notice. This policy also applies to services scheduled within the 48 hour window. Guests will receive a confirmation reminder 2-3 days prior to their scheduled appointment to help avoid any scheduling issues.
Late Arrival
As an appointment based salon, prompt start times are integral to being able to provide the best possible service for our guests. It is with that focus, we cannot accommodate extreme tardiness. There is a grace period of 15 minutes at the start time of all appointments. If a guest's arrival extends past the grace period allotment, their appointment is subject to cancellation with the assessment of a 50% reserved service fee. Notice of any chance of a late arrival is greatly appreciated.
Service Adjustment
Adeva’s goal with every service, is to provide guests with the best experience. A thorough consultation to understand clients needs and expectations is something we strive to incorporate into every service. If it is felt that those expressed needs and expectations were not met, we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment with the original service provider. In order to receive the complementary adjustments, Adeva must be notified within the following time parameters:
Nail adjustment: Three days post appointment.
Haircut or hair color adjustment: One week post appointment.
