Cancellation Policy

Adeva follows a strict cancellation policy and requires a credit card number to hold all appointments.

Canceled and missed appointments directly affect the livelihood of our service providers. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must call the salon and notify us within 48 hours of your appointment time. 50% percent of the service will be charged to the credit card on file for cancelation after 48 hours and full service cost will be charged to any missed appointment without notice. This policy also applies to services scheduled within the 48 hour window. You will receive a confirmation reminder 2-3 days prior to your scheduled appointment to help avoid any scheduling issues.

Service Adjustment Policy

Adeva’s goal with every service, is to provide our guests with the best experience. A thorough consultation to understand your needs and expectations is something we strive to incorporate into every service. If you feel those expressed needs and expectations were not met, we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment with your original service provider. In order to receive the complementary adjustments, Adeva must be notify us within the following time parameters: 

  • Nail adjustment: Three days post appointment.

  • Haircut or hair color adjustment: One week post appointment.
